Melt for Him is a classic sexy romance that you will love from the bottom of your hearts.

Lauren Blakely is a remarkable writer whose work is always thorough, elegant and eloquent. She is one of those authors whose books you do not hesitate to buy. She is the main reason why you do buy them, in fact. You can always count on Lauren Blakely to deliver a great book! Or an amazing one, such as Melt for Him.

The story is an original one. And real. And that is not found very often. We all know how sexy these firemen are. We drool over them. We dream about them. We watch them on TV and we salivate. But the truth is how many of us have actually thought about hard it is to be a fireman’s girl? How hard it must be to watch your loved one and not be certain they will ever come back to you. I certainly did not think about that. Melt for Him gave that to us. It brought us backstage where we do appreciate the man but also wonder where that leaves us. It made us see the pain their loved ones suffer from every day. The impact their job has on them and their lives, their hearts and souls.

One thing is for certain. It takes a great deal of courage to protect people like that, but it takes a hell lot of courage to be able and strong enough to stay behind and let your man protect those people, as well.

Melt for Him is indeed very sexy, with many precious hot scenes that will take your sanity away. But it is so much more than that. It shows a reality. It speaks about fear, real and raw fear of losing the person you love the most. It shows how people cope with that loss, that grief and that constant fear.

It does all that. It is intense and real. So very real. But it’s also dreamy at the same time. Romantic and funny and sweet. Melt for Him has everything a good romance book should have and even more.

It combines fun, sex, romance, sweetness, companionship, friendship, family, life and love. It mixes the serious with the fun. Love with the heartbreak. Hope with grief.

It is truly an amazing book that any reader should read. It is liberating and quite frankly, it is enlightening and inspiring.
